Palazzo with 5 bedrooms in Baschi, Terni, Italy

Arrangement of Internal Spaces The building is spread over three levels, characterized by large spaces and period details: Ground Floor: Large independent entrance from a characteristic small square of the village. We find 5 rooms used as warehouses with high ceilings (some with splendid original vaults) and direct access to the garden. These spaces offer the possibility of being converted into a living area or common/breakfast rooms. First Floor: 4 rooms, one of which is embellished with a period fireplace, with access to a terrace with a splendid panoramic view. Second Floor: 3 rooms, one of which with a mezzanine. From this level, the windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Garden and Outbuildings A real park in the heart of the historic centre: Around 1,000 m2 of private land which houses a stone house to renovate of around 80 m2 and further small outbuildings (currently ruins but regularly usable due to volume). A perfect space to create an oasis of relaxation for guests. Historical Details and Conditions of the Structure Characteristic facades in stone and plastered stone Interiors enriched by wooden beams and exposed tiles, monumental fireplaces probably dating back to 1700 and an ancient original wash house.
