FARMHOUSE I RAICHI

The farmhouse has a more recent part, built in the 60s and a very ancient part, the current woodshed on the ground floor, in which the Lombard origins of the complex can be read, both from the thickness of the walls and the windows -slits, and from the beams of the attic; on the ground floor we find five rooms of different sizes, once used for service functions in agricultural activities; on the first floor we have a large living area with eat-in kitchen with fireplace, dining room and pantry, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with window.
All the buildings need to be renovated. The entire structure can be easily renovated (our agency also offers this service and some design proposals have already been prepared by the architectural firm associated with us).
The structures date back to the Lombard era, in the oldest part, and show all the traditional characteristics of the rural architecture of the upper Tiber Valley.
