Apartment in Santa Fiora

The Panoramic Terrace

The true jewel of this home is the terrace on the upper level, with open views over the valley. It is currently reached via a retractable ladder through the attic; a simple, already-planned intervention would create direct access with a single staircase, turning it into the home’s open-air living room.

Character & Comfort

The traditional stone building retains its wooden ceilings with exposed beams in several rooms and wooden window frames, with ceramic floors throughout. The centralised geothermal heating system, which also supplies domestic hot water, ensures remarkably low running costs compared to conventional systems: a rare advantage in a historic setting.

The Setting

Double exposure, good natural light throughout the day and views you will fall in love with: the square on one side, the Amiata panoramas on the other. Santa Fiora, in the Tuscan Maremma, province of Grosseto, is a village that draws visitors in every season.

Who This Home Is For

Move-in ready and in good overall condition, it is the ideal choice as a second home, a residence for lovers of the Amiata, or a holiday-rental investment in a truly charming setting.
