If you are a mountain lover and are looking for a place of peace at 850 meters above sea level, we offer you a versatile solution. It can be your refuge to share or not, a permanent residence or a place for your holidays and if you like, a small started B&B business.

The place is important when choosing a home and here we are on the Ligurian Apennines, on the road that goes up from Farini to Pradovera. The Farini area is crossed by CAI trails of varying difficulty and is also part of the Alta Val Nure District (together with Ponte dell’Olio, Bettola and Ferriere) and has earned the title of: “the largest area dedicated to outdoor sports”, with trekking routes, trails suitable for mountain biking, paths that can be traveled on horseback (The Farini area is also crossed by the bridleway of the “Via degli Abati”). Each route allows you to admire almost unspoiled nature and enjoy wonderful views from the peaks of the mountains that often exceed 1,100 meters.

We also point out that the Nure Valley is a valley where nature reigns supreme, completely wooded: a paradise for those who love mushroom hunting and adventurous walks. It is one of the few places left to practice enduro, a specialty of motorcycling, so much so that world-class championships are held there. In Val Nure you can practice everything that is “off road”!

The typology is certainly another characteristic that can guide our research: here we are talking about a historic mountain nucleus, made up of three stone buildings that have been renovated with passion and taste by the owners and with the help of the architect Maria Teresa Bricchi. The buildings are gathered in a courtyard and each has been given its own residential function:

The owners’ home: large kitchen and living room together with a wood-burning stove that dominates the room, a porch, a bathroom where nothing is missing, a characteristic cellar and a versatile room that can serve as a bedroom or living room, a personal choice.
The Studio: building on two levels, where we find a large living room on the ground floor and a study with a glass window upstairs.
The current B&B: on two levels. Large living room with the possibility of a kitchen area, a bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor with a second bathroom. On the staggered floor there is a large laundry area.

The three buildings are independent and insist on a courtyard with a garden and a secluded vegetable garden, all fenced and about 950sqm.

A word about the systems: The two larger houses are equipped with radiators, while the smaller one has a split for hot and cold. Heating source: methane. All three houses are independent of each other for light and heating; In each of the two larger houses there is a gas boiler. 3 KW photovoltaic system with accumulators and if desired, by agreement, possibility of purchasing a garage. Recent generation systems in accordance with the law.

It is not a standard solution, the spirit of this house is free from conventions, even if everything is functional and well cared for. We are located in a small hamlet with neighborhood (three families), so we are not isolated. All services and supplies are located within a 10-minute drive in the village of Farini.
