Restored residetial & commercial complex with trullo and masseria in Ceglie

Adjacent to the masseria is a sensitively restored 17th-century 3-cone trullo. Original stone flooring and historic architectural details have been retained, while carefully positioned lighting creates bright, welcoming interiors. The accommodation includes a room with fireplace and wood-burning pizza oven, another room with its own entrance, a bathroom and two additional rooms currently used as storage, offering flexibility for a variety of uses.

A separate lamia provides further space including an original fireplace, three rooms and bathroom. Another converted rural building, formerly a chicken coop, has been transformed into a self-contained unit with a kitchenette and bathroom while retaining its original character.

Supporting buildings include a professional kitchen, workshop, studio, two external toilets plus a disabled toilet and technical room, making the estate equally suited to private family living or boutique hospitality.

At the centre of the property, the stone 200 sqm courtyard provides an inviting outdoor entertaining space with shaded pergolas on the land and areas for relaxed dining. An above-ground swimming pool blends naturally into the landscape, providing a place to cool off while respecting the rural setting.

Set within approximately 12,000 square metres of flat, arable land, this is a versatile estate that offers privacy, flexibility and authentic Apulian charm. Whether enjoyed as a substantial family home or developed further as a small hospitality business, it provides a rare opportunity to own a thoughtfully restored piece of the Valle d’Itria countryside.
