Rustic cottage with 2 hectares of land on Monte Limbara, Sardinia

This rustic cottage stands on Monte Limbara, about 800 metres above sea level, at La Sarra, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Gallura in Sardinia.

On the border between Oschiri and Tempio Pausania, it is close to Lake Coghinas, about 30 minutes from Tempio Pausania and an hour from the sea at Isola Rossa (Trinità d’Agultu). As well as the house, the property comes with about 2 hectares of land and a large stable. Water comes from a spring on Monte Limbara.

The house has 3 rooms: a welcoming living area, a kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. An outdoor veranda is perfect for enjoying the views and for lunches outdoors with friends and family. There is also a private garden for growing vegetables or relaxing in the shade of the trees.

In a peaceful spot, this cottage is ideal for anyone who wants a home in a calm, authentic setting.
