Uses made of the information

“property enquiry details” means the information you input in the form on a property page to request information of that property.

  • We automatically forward your “property enquiry details” to the relevant Agency / property owner so they may process your request and send you the information you require.
  • If you tick any additional checkboxes for 3rd party services, your form information will be forwarded to that 3rd party under their privacy terms 
  • We may keep a record of your information for up to 5 years. You may contact us in order to delete your information on request.

Property Publishing Terms

Agents and Private Sellers are responsible for their own property listings and any content by them uploaded (images, text, information etc.) and are required to keep this up to date.

We cannot be held responsible for property listings which are out of date.

Images are uploaded or provided in XML files by the Agent or Private Seller and we cannot be held responsible for any external illicit use by any third parties.

An Agent or Private Seller cannot:

  • recreate their property listing(s) to improve position in the latest property section or otherwise.
  • include outbound url links in the description or any other part of the property listing.

By creating an account as an Agent or Private Seller you agree to these terms. Failure to abide to the terms can lead to account closure which is non-refundable.


Where we store your personal data

If you register on the website, the data that we collect from you is stored on a secure database server within the European Economic Area (EEA).  By submitting your personal data, you agree to this storage. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
