1. About Realpoint Property
Realpoint Property is an online property portal focused on property for sale in Italy.
The website enables users to browse property listings and may allow estate agents, developers, private sellers and other advertisers to publish property or business information.
We also provide directories, advertising opportunities, property-related information and connections to independent estate agents and service providers.

Realpoint Property does not verify ownership of every privately advertised property and does not represent either party in the resulting transaction.
Private sellers remain responsible for responding to enquiries, arranging viewings, providing accurate information and obtaining any professional assistance required to complete a sale.
6. Estate Agent and Service Provider Directories
Realpoint Property may provide directories containing estate agents and property-related service providers operating in Italy.
Directory inclusion does not by itself constitute a recommendation, guarantee or endorsement by Realpoint Property.
Where a VERIFIED badge is displayed, this indicates that Realpoint Property has carried out the checks described for that badge at the time of verification. It does not guarantee the quality of a provider’s services, financial standing or future conduct.
Users should carry out their own checks before appointing any professional or entering into a contract.
7. Accounts
Certain website features require users to create an account.
You are responsible for:

9. Payments
Payments for paid listings, subscriptions, advertising packages and other services may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
Users are responsible for supplying accurate payment and billing information.
We may suspend paid services where payment is declined, reversed, overdue or otherwise not received.
Realpoint Property does not normally receive or store full payment-card details where these are handled directly by Stripe.
Any applicable taxes or charges will be identified as required during the purchasing process.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the service purchased, whether the purchaser is acting as a consumer or business, when performance of the service begins and the applicable law.
Any package-specific cancellation terms will be shown during the ordering process or provided before the contract is concluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict statutory rights available to consumers.

Unless otherwise stated, the Realpoint Property website, branding, layout, original editorial content, graphics and other materials created by us are owned by or licensed to JRE Marketing Ltd.
