Description

At the top of one of the highest hills that border Lake Trasimeno, at a height of approximately 800 m above sea level, we find a farmhouse of approximately 1200 m2, arranged on four levels.
The lower level houses a large lounge and a wellness center, accessible both from the outside facing the pool and from an internal staircase. A living room, kitchen, some closets and bathroom are on the ground floor surrounded by a panoramic veranda. The first and second floors house the sleeping area with bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The farmhouse is in excellent structural condition but requires renovation and modernization. Part of the property is a former place of worship with a circular plan that could be converted into a multipurpose room
The entire property enjoys a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno and is surrounded by approximately 21 hectares of woodland.
Over the years, the area has become an increasingly exclusive place chosen by people from all over the world to realize their dream of a holiday home or residence in central Italy. The airports of Rome Fiumicino (190 km), Florence (145 km), Pisa (210 km) are easily accessible.
