Delightful two-storey house with outdoor space in a hamlet

This fully furnished semi-detached house is 10 minutes from Marsciano and 20 minutes from Perugia in a small hamlet of ancient origin.  It is a delightful little house on two levels that has been partially renovated including a new kitchen.  It is 83 sq metres and is composed of a ground floor that includes a nice living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.  The upper floor has a double bedroom with two windows, a smaller bedroom with a skylight, and a storage space.  The outside terrace is newly tiled and fenced with a lovely view and has an enclosed space for firewood.  The cellar is also included and is about 50 sq metres with a separate entrance.  Both floors have gas heating as well as air conditioning in the lounge and larger bedroom.  There is a new wood burning stove in the lounge that provides both heat and additional ambiance.  The house is ‘move in ready’.
