The farmhouse has surrounding land of approximately 6 hectares partly with olive trees, partly forest and has a well. In a dominant position overlooking the historic center of Amelia, the farmhouse is made of stone. At the entrance we find a large living room with fireplace, a bathroom and the kitchen, and a large cellar. On the first floor we find 4 double bedrooms, one with a fireplace and two bathrooms.
