Casa Laur – 7 Bedrooms Detached house

Some very creative restoration plans exist that assist you in visualising the restoration potential of the property. These plans are customizable to your personal plans from a sizable private residence to an architecturally interesting B&B with 6+ bedrooms and anything in between. Note that you can restore as much or as little of the volume as you’d like. The architectural possibilities here are endless.

The views from Casa Laur are downright saintly – from the bell towers of Regnano and Paterno to the majestic Sibillini Mountains and the cultivated fields of sunflowers and wheat in between.

The plot, of 4000 sqm has a smattering of ancient olive trees and is ample for gardens, fruit trees and a pool. Additional land is available for sale, including a small vineyard and olive grove. The plot has great, full-day sun cover. On a practical note, electricity and water both run nearby.

Casa Laur is just 150m from a paved province-maintained road.

Tolentino, with all manner of shopping and services, is 4km away. The nearby, but silent, SS 77 Superstrada easily takes you, and guests, to whatever you’d like to explore in Le Marche (and Umbria, too – Perugia is 1:10 away).

In addition to thriving Tolentino, hilltop gems San Ginesio and Colmurano are both about 10 minutes away. Beaches are at 30-35 minutes and mountains at 40 minutes.,
Ancona airport is an hour’s drive.
