Description

We are in the hills of Rocchetta Palafea in a dominant position: the view is incredible!

The property consists of the traditional Piemontese farmhouse, the stable with the spacious hayloft above, a large room used as a tool shed, cellar and garage.

The house, on 2 floors, is very large: one part has remained as it was originally with terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings and small but bright rooms; the other part has been renovated over the years but still needs renovation work.

Important thing: the roof is completely new!

The courtyard in front of the house is sunny but the most panoramic and spacious part is at the back of the house: a beautiful lawn with open views over the vineyards, the mountains and the characteristic village of Rocchetta Palafea .

Its commanding and quiet position and the large interior and exterior spaces are perfect for creating a B&B or a beautiful home for your large family!
