Beautiful farmhouse in a sunny location

In the midst of the Unesco vineyards, between the villages of Montegrosso d’Asti and Agliano Terme, we have this traditional Piemontese farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and hazelnuts.
The property is independent and has 339 sqm, a private courtyard of 630 sqm and 3.600 sq of land.

The house is divided into two portions, joined together but totally independent, in fact each party has its own entry.

This situation allows for multiple solutions : for use like a big house for the family, or as a semi-detached building or rent a parte of that.

The first portion consists on the ground floor of a spacious kitchen-living room with brick vaulted ceilings , bedroom and bathroom.
