Borgo delle Stelle

Building
C (190 sqm) – Main Building (over multiple levels)
The main building offers spacious areas to be transformed into a prestigious
hospitality structure, with the possibility of creating up to 6 bedrooms, two
large living areas, and corresponding services. A perfect opportunity for
upscale accommodation, with ample potential for customization.

Land
and Nature
Completing the complex, two adjacent land parcels totaling 2,247 sqm, part of
which is buildable for residential purposes, allowing for the construction of a
new residential unit. The land is also home to centuries-old olive trees,
creating a unique atmosphere and a landscape of rare beauty. These ancient
trees not only enhance the aesthetic and landscape value but are also ideal for
a recovery project focused on rural tourism, in line with modern trends in
hospitality that celebrate the local territory and agricultural culture.

A
Project for the Future
The land’s layout and its privileged location are perfectly suited for the
construction of a pool to serve the hospitality structure, which could be
complemented by a solarium area, a lounge area, or a small wooden structure for
additional services.

The addition of stone walkways, diffused lighting, and equipped spaces
under the olive trees would add a touch of sophistication and intimacy to the
entire area, creating an ideal environment for guests and enhancing the overall
image of the project. The surrounding nature will become the heartbeat of the
experience, where every corner conveys emotion and tranquility.

Possibility of: demolition and reconstruction, increase and
relocation of the volume.
