The villa spans 180 square meters of commercial space and immediately captivates with the interplay between bright interiors and open exteriors. The large windows allow generous natural light to flood in, while the light stone flooring provides a subtle and continuous presence throughout the spaces. The same material is echoed outside, with light-toned plastered surfaces and stone details that add character to the ensemble. The private infinity pool completes this essential and measured atmosphere, designed for those seeking spaces to enjoy naturally, without sacrificing comfort and privacy.
The property’s spaces are distributed across 6 rooms, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a layout that makes the villa suitable for both daily living and hosting family and guests.
The presence of large glass openings helps to breathe life into the spaces and strengthen the continuity with the outdoors, while the straight ceiling accentuates the sense of spaciousness and order. Surrounding the house is a private garden of 30,000 square meters, an element that distinctly defines the property’s character and expands its outdoor usability. The private infinity pool, with a sunbathing area equipped with wooden loungers, fits seamlessly into this setting, offering a secluded yet open space to the surrounding landscape. The property is completed by a parking space and an outdoor system that, thanks to the light stone pavements and the material details of the facades, maintains a clean and contemporary language.
Days here flow between the rhythm of the Sicilian countryside and the pleasure of outdoor spaces that invite you to stay outside as much as possible. The 30,000 square meter garden becomes the natural backdrop for moments of tranquility, conviviality, and relaxation by the pool, with that sense of privacy that is increasingly rare today. The light, present in every room thanks to the large windows, also accompanies the internal life of the house and makes the transition from a more intimate setting to one fully open to the outside simple.

It is a property that finds its value in the relationship between the house, garden, and pool, and in the way it naturally interprets the Sicilian context.
