Property Description This wonderful property offers the best of both worlds, combining the old and new harmoniously.
The property is centred around the stunning 40 sq m pool with the beautifully restored trullo and lamia to one side and the newly built villa to the other.
The trullo measures 20 sq m and has a high central cone and exposed stone ceiling. It has three alcoves and is currently used as a large independent bedroom. The lamia of 18 sq m next door has a kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. It is attached to the trullo by a covered seating area complete with an original pizza oven. This could be used both as an entertaining area and as an independent guesthouse.

The villa itself of approximately 90 sq m, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. Two of the bedrooms have private terraces with made-to-measure built-in wardrobes.
The central kitchen opens out to a rear walled courtyard. Here, you also have an outdoor kitchen and dining area. By day it is full of colour thanks to the climbing plants and fruit trees and by night, it is beautifully illuminated by LED lighting along the walls. The living room to the front of the property has floor-to-ceiling glass doors with a view over the pool and gardens.
The flooring throughout the villa is polished local stone from Lecce.
Outside is a laundry room, storage room, and two roof terraces.
The swimming pool has a seating area at the shallow end with massage jets and two poolside showers.
The land of 9000 sq m is full of mature plants and olive trees and is surrounded by old stone walls.
The property is at the end of a country road, so it has the advantage of no passing traffic, yet there are other houses in the vicinity so it does not feel isolated.TechnicalThe doors and windows are double-glazed and have sliding mosquito nets.
