Seaside Villa in Holiday Resort near Otranto

The resort is located 12 km from Otranto, and 30 km from Lecce. The nearest airport, Brindisi, is 80 km away.

The villa is comprised of a kitchen and dining area with terrace doors leading out to the rear veranda, as well as a double bedroom and a smaller bedroom, with a shared bathroom. There is also a front covered veranda, perfect to enjoy relaxing afternoons in the shade.

Residents can enjoy a wide range of facilities and entertainment, included in a seasonal membership. In the central communal area of the resort, there are two swimming pools: a children’s pool, and an adults’ pool. Surrounded by a large sun deck equipped with loungers and umbrellas, there is also a bar as well as a restaurant.

In the wellness area, you’ll find a beauty center and a spa, offering treatments, massages and relaxation rooms.

For entertainment, there is an impressive amphitheater, where professional performers offer musicals and theatre shows every day of the summer season. In addition, residents have access to a tennis courts, and a gym.

Pets are prohibited throughout the resort.

The beach, just 1 km away, is easily accessed by a shuttle (from June to October). The beach features golden sand and is surrounded by pine forest, providing the perfect natural backdrop to the crystal-clear waters. In the midst of this oasis lies the beach club “Cala Marin,” one of the most renowned in Salento, where you can enjoy lunch and a scenic aperitivo.

Nearest shops and restaurants are found within walking distance in the charming town of Torre dell’ Orso; home to one of the most beautiful beaches in Salento.

The property is in a great position with lots of lively towns in the south Salento to discover: Lecce known for it’s beautiful baroque architecture; and Otranto, a gorgeous coastal town with 11th century Cathedral and 15th century castle . The east coast of Salento offers a varied coastline, with sandy beaches, karstic grottoes, chalk cliffs and salt water lagoons. Castro is a beautiful town with a location on top of the cliff by the sea. Santa Cesarea Terme is a trendy spa resort with a beautiful setting and bay.
The west coast from Santa Maria di Leuca to Gallipoli has many sandy beaches and seaside villages that get very busy in the summertime.
The sea of Porto Cesareo further up the coast is the best spot to enjoy an incredible sunset.
