A quiet, elevated world of vines, woods, and distant horizons—yet only 15 minutes from Alba.
A place where your vision becomes architecture
Originally built in the 1990s, the structure stands as a generous and solid shell—waiting for a new owner to give it character, warmth, and purpose. Whether you imagine a contemporary retreat with wide glass façades, a timeless country house echoing local tradition, or an elegant holiday estate, this property is an exceptional blank canvas in the heart of Piemonte.
All essential utilities—water, gas, electricity, sewerage—are already connected, and the access road is well maintained.
The elevated position offers breathtaking panoramic views towards the complete Alpine Range and over the surrounding hilltop villages such as Corneliano d’Alba, Santa Vittoria d’Alba, Monticello, Murazzano, and others. A landscape that shifts constantly with the light, revealing new colours in every season.
In the heart of Piemonte’s wine culture
Just 15 minutes from Alba and the prestigious hills of Barolo and Barbaresco, the villa lies in an area shaped by great wines, truffle traditions, and a deeply rooted rural identity. The surrounding countryside offers an ever-changing tapestry of vineyards, hazelnut groves, and truffle woods.
Nearby Bra, birthplace of the Slow Food movement, and Pollenzo, home to the University of Gastronomic Sciences, further enrich this remarkable territory—making it a natural home for lovers of food, wine, and authenticity.
