La Luna Farmhouse

The ground floor comprises the spacious and light-filled living area; upstairs there are six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms—one of which even features a period fireplace. Solar panels promote a more sustainable lifestyle, whilst outside you’ll find 1.1 hectares of partly fenced land with automatic irrigation, perfect for privacy and relaxation. The location is secluded yet easy to reach: you arrive, drop off your bags and you’re already in holiday mode. Ready to move into, ideal as an elegant family home or as a fully-fledged country B&B. “La Quiete della Sera” offers that rare blend of Umbrian authenticity and modern comfort: light the fire in winter, open the windows in summer, and take a dip in the pool when the sun calls. Life flows more smoothly here.
