Townhouse divided into 2 apartments with wide terrace

The house is situated in the oldest part of the village, in a romantic corner and  it has been totally renovated 5 years ago by maintaining its original features and with high quality materials. It is accessible from a private courtyard. On the ground floor there is a wellness area, bathroom, cellar and laundry area.  The first floor, accessible through an external staircase, consists of two apartments: the first one comprises a living-room/dining area, a good size bedroom and bathroom with shower. With separate entrance, it is possible to access the second apartment which is composed of a wide and charming bathroom, a good size bedroom and spiral staircase leads to the living-room/kitchen with original fireplace and a lovely terrace where it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals.
The roof of the house was completely isolated. Air conditioning has been installed in the bedrooms, all utilities are connected with internet wifi. The estate boasts amazing hand-made terracotta floors and beamed ceilings
The house is currently run as holidays home by the current owners and it’s a perfect solution as  it allows you to rent one part and at the same time live in the other part or to keep renting both units as separate apartments or as a whole to bigger families.
