A 1400s villa with a frescoed church, swimming pool, and olive grove for sale near Siena, Tuscany. In the suggestive area of Belcaro, surrounded by the stunning Sienese countryside and just a short distance from the center of Siena, an extraordinary independent villa of 487 m2 is available for purchase. This unique property is built on a dominant and panoramic position and is surrounded by a vast, exclusive park enriched by a magnificent swimming pool. Originally built as a chapel in the 15th century, this villa has been expertly transformed into a charming home in the heart of Tuscany.
The villa comprises a central body, which includes the original chapel with a bell tower connected to a splendid rustic portion by a characteristic corridor. The main entrance leads directly to the original structure, which is the former central nave of the church, now used as a living room. The two side naves instead constitute the residential part, which continues on the upper floor, and the rustic part located behind the church, which can be used separately if necessary. The villa boasts 13 rooms, including eight bedrooms, restored and maintained using ancient materials, among which the beautiful terracotta floors stand out. The villa is immersed in an exclusive park of approximately 7,000 m2, with a splendid 12 x 6.50-meter swimming pool in a panoramic but private position, thanks to the surrounding hedge and trees. Furthermore, the property includes approximately 3.3 hectares of land with approximately 300 olive trees in production. The conditions of the villa are excellent, thanks to constant maintenance. This ancient property represents an unrepeatable opportunity for those who want an exclusive object a short distance from the center of Siena.
