Casolare delle Ginestre

The house stands out for its unique architectural style: a harmonious
combination of modernity and tradition, with the central part of the building
entirely in stone that testifies to its rural origins. In the past it was in
fact a typical farmhouse, with the animal housing on the ground floor and the
house on the upper floor.

The property has undergone several renovations over the years, until the
complete makeover by the current owner, who has divided the spaces as follows:

·Basement: large garage, storeroom, the old stable now
transformed into a cellar, woodshed and an enchanting porch with a panoramic
view of the Voltigno.

·Ground floor: two independent entrances lead to a large living
room with fireplace and several relaxation corners; there are two bathrooms, a
study (which can also be used as a bedroom), a double bedroom and a bright
kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony.

·First floor: accessible via a comfortable internal staircase,
it consists of a large living room with an ancient stone fireplace, two
bedrooms and a bathroom.

A charming property, ideal both as a main residence and as a holiday
home, with great potential for the development of an accommodation business.

The
possibility of creating a swimming pool and glamping facilities adds further
value to this exclusive proposal.
