Charming Hotel in Locorotondo, Puglia

Externally, the property spans 20,235 sqm, a size that gives breath to the entire complex and reinforces the sense of privacy suggested by the layout of the buildings and the surrounding greenery. The private garden seamlessly integrates with the common spaces and areas dedicated to wellness and leisure, where the private pool, SPA, hot tub, and tennis court are located. The property is completed by a garage and parking spaces, elements that contribute to the practicality of managing a structure of this size daily. From an architectural standpoint, the ensemble maintains a recognizable character: light stone facades, openings punctuated by wooden frames, porticos, and entrances enhanced by stone staircases and a discreet presence of potted plants that accompany the accesses. The result is a property with substance, image, and a clear vocation for hospitality.

Here, the day can follow different rhythms, all connected to the space and the possibility of fully experiencing it. Some may imagine the silence of the garden in the early morning hours, others the time dedicated to the pool or tennis court, while others see the SPA and hot tub as a natural extension of the idea of a stay. The extensive outdoor dimension also makes it easy to alternate between shared moments and more intimate occasions, always maintaining a direct relationship with the greenery and the authentic character of the property. In a region like Locorotondo, this atmosphere finds a particularly coherent placement.

A structure of this scale, with 26 rooms, 26 bathrooms, and over 20,000 sqm of outdoor space, represents a solid presence in the hospitality landscape of Puglia. The combination of spaces, services, and traditional architectural character gives it a value that goes beyond mere hospitality, naturally integrating it into the context of Locorotondo and the province of Bari.
