Lakefront village house with private courtyard in Pianello

The upper floors, which can also be reached independently, have been fully renovated with a light, easy hand. The living area gathers around an open kitchen and opens onto a wide terrace with a view over the lake — the sort of terrace you actually use, from morning light to the last of the evening. A bathroom with shower completes this level.

A half floor below the living space, two bedrooms sit quietly together; one looks out onto the water, and the main bedroom is linked to the courtyard by its own internal stair. A second bathroom serves this floor. Behind the house there is one more outdoor pocket for bikes, paddleboards and the small gear of a life lived close to the lake.

The walking-and-cycling path outside the door runs between Cremia, Pianello and Musso, so restaurants, bars and everyday shops sit within an easy stroll. Access to the house is pedestrian only, along a short walk from public parking — part of what keeps the whole setting so quiet.
