Le Tre Case Village

The first building is a stone farmhouse that has been entirely rebuilt from scratch, retaining its original external cladding, with exposed beams and terracotta tiles on the ceilings, and a two-storey layout comprising four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and flexibly configured living areas and kitchen. It forms the operational heart of the estate: ready to accommodate residents or guests from day one, without the need for any further work. Surrounding it is a plot of land of approximately 3.45 ha with an olive grove and private access roads, on which there is scope to build a swimming pool. The second building, with a gross floor area of 250 square metres spread over two storeys, has an intact tiled roof and solid external walls: it is a structure that has already weathered the toughest challenges. The ground floor, with high ceilings, serves as a storeroom and cellar; the first floor — the future living area — comprises regular-shaped rooms accessible via the characteristic external stone staircase. A 100-square-metre extension, already permitted under the regulations, further expands the design possibilities. The third element is a stone ruin that completes the complex, offering the possibility of a third independent unit — the freest of the three projects, one to be conceived from scratch. The woodland, the olive trees and the tranquillity of the Umbrian hills on the border with Tuscany do the rest.
