Description

On the sunlit hillside of Ossuccio, on the most sought-after stretch of Lake Como’s western shore, this first-floor apartment opens onto a covered balcony where the lake, the mountains and the little green shape of Isola Comacina sit framed like a painting. Mornings begin here with coffee and long views; evenings end with an aperitivo under the wooden roof as the light softens over the water.

Inside, the layout is contemporary and calm. An open living space flows from the kitchen to a bright sitting area, all air-conditioned, warmed by pale walls and quiet modern furniture that lets the landscape lead. The master bedroom is generous and peaceful; a second room with two single beds sits alongside, equally cool and quiet. A single modern bathroom serves both — spacious, well-appointed, easy to live in and easy to rent.
