A Strategic Location
The property is situated in an area of great natural and cultural value: the Teramo hills, shaped by striking calanchi (badlands), are protected by a nature reserve and represent one of the most iconic landscapes of Abruzzo.
Atri, just a few minutes away, is a lively and historic city, rich in monuments, ancient buildings, churches, and panoramic viewpoints, making it one of the most beautiful cultural destinations in central Italy. Services, restaurants, markets, and hospitality are available all year round.
