Ancient noble residence from the 1500s with a park in Montepulciano. Today, we can find a wonderful luxury relais full of character and history, immersed in the greenery just a few steps from the renowned Borgo di Montepulciano: a medieval town of rare beauty perched on the top of a hill and enriched by elegant Renaissance buildings, ancient churches, splendid squares, and small hidden corners. Its strategic position makes it an ideal place to start discovering this beautiful corner of Tuscany. The harmonious Pienza, the spa village of Bagno Vignoni, the famous Montalcino, and many other enchanting villages are easily reachable quickly.
Until the end of the 1800s, it was the country residence of a noble family from Poliziano. Its construction dates back to the late sixteenth century, but the underground tunnels, now incorporated into the cellars of the villa, would date the origins of the property back to the Etruscan era. Consisting of a main villa, annexes, restaurant, and a splendid panoramic swimming pool, it is surrounded by various types of gardens: the Tuscan one, surrounded by olive trees and flowers that leads to the infinity pool; the Italian one, with the travertine fountain and the rose garden with white and red roses; the smaller ones around the main building, where it is possible to have lunch. Overall, the villa and the guest houses include 13 rooms; in addition, the Casa Albero suite, which is the jewel in the crown, which is located in the middle of the olive grove and is the latest addition, in 2019, a modern structure that guarantees maximum privacy to those who wish to enjoy a romantic experience. The suite overlooks the countryside on three sides and has a large terrace where you can relax during the day and observe the stars in the evening. The Villa and its complex are an excellent investment for living and working in a magical place in a unique territory.
