Breathtaking views amongst rows of vines and centuries-old olive trees, with a wellness area, guest suites and complete privacy, for sale in Barberino Tavarnelle.
Set amidst the scenery of the Florentine Chianti region, on a hillside equidistant from Florence and Siena, stands this 18th-century property, the perfect blend of Tuscan tradition and contemporary comfort, which was renovated in 2023. Set within an estate of approximately eleven hectares, comprising a vineyard, an olive grove and woodland, the property is accessed via a short, easily navigable local road leading directly to the private grounds and on-site car park.
This luxury estate covers a total area of 695 sq m/7480.8 sq, offering unrivalled panoramic views.
The main building, arranged over three levels, welcomes guests with an elegant layout: the ground floor features communal lounges designed for socialising, a reception area, and fully equipped self-contained suites, whilst the basement houses a stone-built cellar ideal for storing fine wines. Externally, the property comprises three annexes: a separate, multi-purpose private theatre, ideal for cultural events and meetings, a guest wing with double bedrooms, and a dining area with a professional kitchen.
The architecture combines elegance with the very latest technological standards, such as energy class A3. Outside, a garden spanning 2074 sq m/22324 sq ft frames private courtyards and a 12×17 m/39×56 ft pool, an oasis of absolute tranquillity that redefines the concept of Tuscan rural prestige.
