Luxury Tuscan Villa, Renovated, with Swimming Pool and 48 Hectares with Olive Grove and Truffle Reserve, for Sale in Trequanda. Located in a private yet easily accessible position, this property is nestled within a natural setting of great beauty, surrounded by woodland, fields and productive olive groves. Access is via a well-maintained road running through a forest. The main villa, built with a stone structure but covered with attractive yellow render, measures approximately 600 sq m and has been renovated with careful attention to both modern comfort and respect for traditional Tuscan rural architecture. The rooms are spacious, bright and functional: spaces designed for comfortable and sociable living, both private and professional.
The impact of the large open-plan space, where the living area extends without partitions between kitchen, dining room, relaxation area with fireplace and billiards room, is most pleasant and suggests many harmonious moments of shared company. The open-plan area opens onto a portico and garden; on the upper floor there are spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, plus two large panoramic terraces. The house is efficient and well-maintained, equipped with solar energy and excellent insulation. Outside, the garden features tall mature trees that keep the house cool and shaded. A swimming pool in a secluded location ensures privacy and relaxation in a safe and well-maintained setting. The land, comprising approximately 48 hectares, includes a registered truffle reserve, an olive grove with 600 trees, irrigated paddocks, and is fully fenced. Additionally, there is a two-storey structure housing a large tavern with fireplace and games area on the ground floor and a storage room on the lower-ground floor; a guest cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 lounges, portico and private garden; a wood store. This property stands out for its balance between functionality, generous spaces and the quality of the natural setting: an ideal solution for those seeking an elegant and self-sufficient residence in Tuscany, with potential also for an agritourism or equestrian venture.
