At night, the countryside transforms into a glowing patchwork of farmhouses and hilltop villages, creating a truly magical setting. The estate includes a carefully restored stone house arranged over three levels and divided into six self-contained—four dedicated to agriturismo and two for private residential use—for a total of 530 square meters and offering a total of 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Traditional finishes such as terracotta, stone, and wood have been used throughout, preserving the authentic Tuscan atmosphere. A portion of the main house and a barn of 139 square meters are rich in potential for future development—whether as more guest accommodations, artist studios, or additional living spaces. The outdoors star a classic bread oven, barbecue, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The estate also includes 65 hectares of agricultural land, primarily arable, with enormous potential for farming and olive cultivation. One of the estate’s great advantages lies in its sustainable infrastructure with a solar panel system with photovoltaic installation. The water supply is exceptionally well-structured, with access to the mains city supply, a rainwater collection tank, a deep well, and even a small pond, ensuring both self-sufficiency and environmental responsibility. Located just 9 kilometers from services and within easy reach of Siena, Florence, and the Val d’Orcia, this property offers more than a residence or investment—it’s a long-term vision.
