In a hilltop country hamlet, restored stone house with cottage, pool, storage, vineyards and olive groves for sale in Chianti Classico, Siena. Along the ancient route linking Poggibonsi to Castellina in Chianti, this enchanting estate offers an extraordinary lifestyle immersed in the timeless allure of the Tuscan countryside. Here, the rhythm of rural life unfolds amidst sun-drenched vineyards, undulating hills, and time-honoured cypress-lined avenues, where every view tells a story of heritage, harmony, and the enduring elegance of tradition. It enjoys an atmosphere of privacy while remaining within easy reach of essential amenities. More than a residence, this is an invitation to embrace a life of authenticity and understated luxury.
At the heart of the estate, a stone-paved courtyard links the main house and its charming guest cottage, creating a natural flow between rustic architecture and modern comfort. The swimming pool, perfectly framed by silence and scenery, offers a serene haven for relaxation beneath the Tuscan sun. Yet, it is the land that speaks with the most compelling voice: approximately 7.7 hectares of agricultural terrain, of which 6 hectares are devoted to flourishing vineyards – Colorino, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot – and 1.7 hectares host a productive olive grove. For those seeking to craft their own label of Chianti Classico, the potential is as rich as the soil beneath. The house, dating back to the 1800s and lovingly restored spans roughly 430 square metres over two floors. Its weathered stone façades, beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and antique fireplaces retain the soul of the past while offering a warm and elegant ambience. Divided into four residential units, the interiors are ideally suited for hosting guests or accommodating a multi-generational family within a refined and welcoming setting. A second historic building of some 337 square metres has been converted into two stylish apartments on the ground floor, while the vast lower-ground level – 237 square metres in size – offers the perfect space for developing a private wine cellar or boutique vinification area. Whether envisioned as a prestigious private home, a characterful hospitality venture, or a boutique wine estate with exceptional potential, this property is a rare gem. A place where sunsets paint the vineyards in gold and every moment resonates with the poetry of Tuscany.
